Elevation 5003 Distillery is located in a in Fort Collins, CO. This 1,300 SF space within an existing shopping center was remodeled to include a small tasting room, patio, mashing, fermentation, distillation, & barrel room. Careful thought needed to be taken to fit all the mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems needed for the distillery. The result is an elegant space that allows patrons to enjoy a cocktail with a tasteful backdrop of inviting interior finishes and a up close and personal view of the still.
