The Block Distilling Co. is located in Denver’s bustling RiNo Art District. This project involved the transformation of an existing loft apartment into a compact, efficient, and beautiful distillery and tasting room. The Block Distilling Co. features on-site milling, wash production, distilling, barrel storage, a 75 person tasting room & patio, all fitting into a 2,400 square foot space! This urban site involved complex code analyses, fire rating/ code upgrades, sidewalk/entry improvements, and close coordination with the local jurisdiction, that has resulted in a safe, functional, and elegant facility.
