A long time ago, people who sacrificed their sleep, family, food and laughter were called Saints. Today, we feed them lots of caffeine and call them dedicated designers, architects and engineers. In reality – they are capital “A” Artisans of their respective crafts.
The Dalkita Team
Scott has 30 years’ experience in the design and building industry. He began his career creating a wide variety of buildings ranging from five-star hotels to schools, universities, correctional facilities and hospitals throughout the country. Scott has been worked with several top tier design firms in Colorado, Ohio and Mississippi.
Colleen has benefited from all of the sectors she has worked including the U.S. Olympic Committee, graphic design studios, field marketing, radio, commercial real estate, government and finally architecture and construction. Today, Colleen and her husband Scott, own Dalkita and work throughout the United States.
In 2014, Matt joined Dalkita Architecture & Construction, intrigued by the unique distilling niche and the opportunity to grow with a company that crosses the bridge between design and construction. Matt wears many hats at Dalkita, such as architectural drafting, 3D modeling, zoning/building code analysis, interface with municipal building/fire authorities, and administrative duties.
Since 2013, Peter has done over 20 distillery projects. Peter provides site feasibility assessments, project budget development assistance, complete MEP design documents, construction phase field observations, start-up support and final punch list for all kinds of distillery projects.
Jax has managed Security for Dalkita since he arrived in 2015. Instead of coffee, he prefers Perky Jerky or tennis balls.
Vern is our HR Specialist and does his job well! He has been with Dalkita since 2017 and prefers belly rubs over coffee any day of the week.
Junior has been with Dalkita since 2015. He's much more interested in the warm mug than actual coffee.
Pickles is an accomplished Hydration Engineer and joined the Dalkita family in 2016. He takes his coffee as water.
