Designing Hardworking Spaces for YOUR Craft
HOW WE WORK
Our collaborative style of working with our clients and the local authorities makes us an effective advocate.
We create flexible spaces that can meet current needs and expand to meet projected needs as the brand/product line grows. Designing what we build and building what we design are two foundational ideas that have made us better architects, engineers and contractors.
We collaborate with our clients to ensure the facility gets the correct equipment to match planned product lines and annual production plans. We assist in equipment sizing/specifications and coordinate your needs with equipment providers and architectural teams.

DON’T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT
“It’s been a huge relief to know what we’re getting into in advance. The Dalkita design process allowed us the confidence in our business plan that gives us a significantly greater chance of success with our distillery.”
~ Nels Wroe, Dry Land Distillers
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will you be offering a class or seminar soon?
Can you come speak to our organization?
Of course! We appear monthly at Downslope Distilling’s Distilling School – click here for the schedule. We also try to prepare a topical presentation for one or both of the craft distilling industry’s professional organizations. Other speaking engagements can be arranged via email to colleen[a]dalkita.com.
I just have a single, easy, question – can I just call you?
In our experience it never is just a single question but innumerable decisions made to that point. Often some assumptions are not correct and need to be unwound. Which is why we’ve created the No-Commitment Consulting Call available in our STORE.
