We offer traditional design - bid - build services. Using this project delivery method, Dalkita provides architectural services coordinated with engineering services. We facilitate contractor selection and provide construction administration and / or construction management services tailored to your specific needs. Dalkita maintains relationships with many of the most qualified general contracting firms in Colorado.

Dalkita offers design build services. Using this project delivery method, our clients rely on Dalkita as the single point of responsibility for all aspects of the project. Dalkita is the architect and the general contractor.

We do not bid for construction service contracts against general contractors from whom we solicit bids on behalf of our clients. Following design, our clients, in consultation with Dalkita, select and plan their project delivery method.

Regardless of the project delivery method, Dalkita’s principal, Scott Moore, guides you and your project, from inception to completion, through all phases of design and construction. Scott Moore leads Dalkita. Mr. Moore is an architect and contractor with over 20 years experience designing and building a broad range of commercial and residential projects.

We specialize in projects that combine renovation and new construction. Dalkita has experience with nearly every occupancy and construction type.
